“Washington is broken."...  "The government is not listening to the people."...  "Massive tax breaks for the rich and the rest of us get the crumbs that 'trickle down.'"...  "They’re all a bunch of crooks."

 

Those seem to be the prevailing sentiments….. How did it ever get to be like this?  

In a word…Corruption. It’s no secret that money buys power and influence in Washington. There’s no shortage of people pointing that out, on both sides of the aisle. The question is what to do about it.
